Courses Offered

Fundamental pistol course is designed for the beginning shooter (this is not an NRA course).  This course will instruct you on the proper safety and operation of the pistol (or revolver). Teaching the student how to handle a firearm safely and develop a platform for shooting that is tailored to the student.  This course will also allow you to learn the basic shooting platforms to allow for an overall knowledge of the operation of your pistol. 

Fundamental rifle course is designed for the beginning shooter (this is not an NRA course) .  This course will instruct you on the proper safety and operation of the rifle.  This course will also allow you to learn the basic shooting platforms to allow for an overall knowledge of the operation of your rifle as well as sighting in and maintaining accuracy. 

Our Women’s Pistol Skills Builder Course is designed for the beginner female shooter. We build your confidence and understanding of using your pistol or revolver in a safe and effective manner. We focus on understanding of stable platform tailored to you.  

The defensive shotgun course is designed to teach the proper safety and operation of the shotgun.  For the beginner to intermediate level student with knowledge and proficiency in the proper shooting fundamentals. The shotgun is ideal for home defense and this course is tailored to that idea. During this course we also incorporate the pistol allowing for a primary and secondary firearm transition.

The EDC pistol course is designed for those with a basic knowledge of operation and safety of the pistol or revolver that you would carry daily or have in your home. The EDC Pistol course puts you in the daily environment of carrying concealed and drawing your firearm in a safe manner. This course will take you deeper into the use of the pistol in a defensive posture to protect you and your family.  

The Tactical Firearm course is designed for those with a basic knowledge of operation and safety of a rifle and pistol. This course will take you deeper into the use of the rifle in a tactical posture to protect you and your family. Your limits will be pushed in this course to develop a muscle memory for you to react safely and effectively. During this course we also incorporate the pistol allowing for a primary and secondary firearm transition. 

BSTG offers a comprehensive program designed around your business and layout. We train you to the most current standards for what you can do to protect yourself and your co-workers from a possible active shooter. Using the term REACT, we have developed this program to help in dealing with a shooter situation.

EQC is a combative pistol course that integrates hand to hand combat and firearm techniques applicable in wide ranging self-protection application.  The course will address the dynamics of how to effectively engage threats at extremely close confrontation ranges with your firearm, to include live-fire exercises.  The course was designed to expand your tactical prowess and combative proficiency during a violent encounter, regardless of your experience level. 

CRTC is design for armed Security officers within a business or campus environment. This is a 40 plus hour course designed with your facility in mind. Includes Classroom, range and practical application.

 This course is designed for the experienced pistol and/or carbine user with an understanding and familiarization of their firearm as you will be operating in low light conditions. 

This course is an Open Shoot format which will allow you to work one-on-one with our Instructor Staff on your Pistol, Rifle or Shotgun. Minimum sign up is 2 hours.
